Life in a Metro

It has been almost a year and a half at the city of dreams - Mumbai.
I joined this company through the on campus recruitment.
Enjoyed every moment of training@Trivandrum and then at the end of it gotta shocker of news that I will be posted @ Mumbai! (I m based out of Chennai and have never bin out of home! training@tvm was the first occasion where in I lived out of my home.)

I made up my mind to somehow get a transfer back home. My idea was to stay unallocated for a few weeks and then press for a transfer but fate had something else in store for me.Right after landing in Mumbai I was sent to Cisco by the MATC(Man-power allocation team) so neither got a chance to warm the benches:( nor press for a transfer.

The lucky part was that my project was at Thane and I stay at Mulund. I have no regrets in missing the travel part of Mumbai which is most certainly a nightmare for any non mumbaikar. Imagine a horde of people clinging onto metro trains like a bee without wings clinging on to her hive for her dear life.
Then in these buses with people sticking on to u in the sweltering summer heat makes you wonder y on earth are there so many people? Why dont they just vanish!
